DGCA and ICAO report formats weren't added at the end — they were the hard requirement we designed the data model around, so every field maps directly to a regulatory output without a manual compilation step.

One spine, every function
Candidate profiles, assessment records, response payloads and result summaries are separate immutable entities linked by foreign keys — so no re-assessment can overwrite a prior record, and every audit trail is intact.
