One catalogue, one stock count, one order record
Solonomous designed and built Angarock — a fashion commerce platform in two halves. A shopper app for iOS and Android, and an admin console where the catalogue, inventory, orders, payments, shipping and returns are all run off the same record.

What we built for Angarock
A shopper app on one side, an admin console on the other, and one catalogue and one stock count running between them — from the first browse to the refund.
Every product, every variant, one place
The catalogue holds all 48 products across men's, women's and drafts, each with its category, price, live stock count and status. Create and edit run through the same form, stock is tracked per variant, and Active, Low stock, Out of stock and Draft are states on the record rather than notes in a spreadsheet.
Orders that carry their own history
Every order arrives with the customer, the date, how it was paid — UPI, card or cash on delivery — its total and where it sits between Pending, Shipped and Delivered. Open one and the items, the address and the payment state are on the record, so nothing has to be reassembled from a chat thread.
Stock you can trust at a glance
184 SKUs with nine at low stock and three out of it, each drawn as a level rather than a number to read. It is the screen that stopped the overselling — the same count the app checks before it will let a size go into a cart.
The admin console
The console opens on the four numbers that decide the day — revenue, orders, customers and return rate — beside a revenue chart and the products actually selling. Products and Inventory carry the catalogue and the stock levels. Orders runs the pipeline, with an order review screen holding the items, the address and the payment. Customers keeps the record and its history, Payments the ledger, Shipping the courier tracking, and Returns and Refunds ties a refund back to the payment that made it. Reviews moderates what customers write, Discounts sets the rules, and Settings holds the store's own configuration.
Accuracy, built in
A store lives or dies on whether the stock count is true. Inventory is held per variant and reserved at checkout rather than decremented on confirmation, out-of-stock sizes stop being sellable across both halves at once, every refund is tied to the payment that made it, and the order state machine has one path — so a return can always be traced to what was actually bought.
Built module by module
Fifteen surfaces in the admin console, delivered production-grade and rolled out in stages — catalogue and stock first, then checkout and payments, then fulfilment and returns — so the store kept trading throughout.
Overview
Revenue, orders, customers and return rate for the month, a revenue chart against the previous period, the products actually selling, and the most recent orders with their payment method and state.

One record, from browse to refund
A product, its stock, the cart it lands in, the payment that clears it, the courier that carries it and the return that comes back are stages of the same record — so the storefront and the back office can never drift apart.
